I'm a fun loving, nice Jewish boy from Chicago who is now a Valley Boy, and loves .Music is both my profession and my hobby/passion. I work as a music journalist/PR writer in the industry and am always out at shows and clubs (love dancing) So I've interviewed hundreds of artists, from classic rockers to cool movie stars like Will Smith (and even his wife!)...being a journalist suits me because I always want to learn about people and what makes them tick, especially creative souls. Love all genres, from jazz to hip-hop, rock and especially 70s and 80s music. Also baseball, winter sports, traveling, hiking, nature photography (even have a few web pages), the beach (in moonlight and late in the day, especially), drives down PCH on a warm day in the convertible, Caribbean cruises, slow dancing, swaying to the music, watching old sitcoms and good movies (Old Faves are Arthur, Caddyshack, Back To the Future, Forrest Gump and Blues Brothers), intelligent conversation, spiritual discussions, philosophy. I'm also a healthy eater (high protein) and I do go to the gym but most of my exercise is walking (to Starbucks and on the beach!)and beach volleyball in summer. I truly try to embrace life as fully as possible and appreciate people who are positive and enhance, rather than drain me emotionally and spiritually. Some tell me I'm the most positive person I know, and I enjoy being there for friends and (sometimes) strangers with an encouraging word...I haven't done the online dating thing in a long time, but tried it a few times years ago--before it was trendy. I consider myself a very spiritual person and have a strong belief in God but am openminded regarding other people's beliefs and philosophies about how we got here and where we're headed.
