About Me
You are such a kid...I can't believe we're discussing Harry Potter and eating Gushers." That's a direct quote from a friend who was hanging out with me the other day, and I believe that he meant it in the nicest way possible. I truly am a 25-year old kid who is able to hold a job, balance a check book, and function as an adult while still looking at the world through a kid's eyes. I put on a good adult act while in the working world, but this side of me often comes out in question-form..."but how do all the construction workers know what to do when they get to work each day?" (in reference to 309, which has been under construction for what seems like the last decade). Fo real though, I am a school counselor who works with students K-12, I am a Penn State and Temple University alumna; I love babies and children, although I am completely content to spend time with those who belong to other people at this point in my life; I love my family...my parents are my heros; I love the Flyers, hoagies, soft pretzels, the Eagles, Stephen Starr restaurants, and the Phillies; I am a camp person: I attended day camp from the time I could walk, and have been at Camp Harlam ever since; I am growing my hair out again to cut for Locks of Love; I am a theatre lover: I love musical theatre and Broadway; I am a movie lover of all kinds; I firmly believe that there is an Adam Sandler quote for everything in life; I am intelligent, sarcastic, low-maintenance, and hardworking; I am a music lover...I love playing board games: Scrabble, Boggle, Apples to Apples, Scattegories...I love animals and I love to read. If you share any of the same interests...can expand my horizons...and possibly want to try skydiving...
