Oh...words...hmm...I am a life living, life loving individual. My life is regularly blessed with serendipitous surprises and ecstatic epiphanies. I have been a kindergarten teacher for the last four years, but I am now carving my own path as a yoga teacher/movement therapist. I spend much time outdoors: hiking, climbing, swimming, gardening, cavorting (you know, all the usual stuff). My life is my spiritual practice, and learning more about the gifts and lessons of my ancestors is part of that..
