At first, just figuring this online thing out. I like getting together with groups of friends to keep it casual and comfortable. If anything progresses, than excellent. As I try to keep in shape through my training, I expect the same from the women I date. As far as personality, I like many types, but I would hope they like dogs and being social. Not too many demands beyond that.
