I love to laugh and love to be around people who can make me laugh. I am completing my fourth and last year of college this semester, majoring in Psychology with a minor in English at the University of Louisiana. I have a pretty strong southern accent from what people tell me but I don't really notice it. The accent has toned down a bit, I think, but I still get asked, "Where are you from?" every time I meet someone new. I joined JAS because hey, lets face it, the Jewish population in Lafayette is probably countable on my two hands. Expanding my options sounds great to me! My grandparents are both Holocaust survivors and being Jewish is very important to me. I truly feel it is important that I share my life with someone Jewish one day. I haven't had much luck on here so far, but i'm still hoping for the best! I love animals and currently own a dog named Cloey and I don't mind hanging out with her on a Saturday night when there's nothing to do. My favorite sport to play would have to be tennis and I also love a mean game of Ping Pong. In my spare time I like cooking, painting, creative activities or maybe just going for a work out at the gym.

Ambition, compassion, empathy, being understanding, caring, funny, well mannered, good hygiene, good sense of style, intelligence and confidence not cockiness are just some of the qualities i'm looking for in someone.
