I am what some would say, a romantic stuck in a non romantic world. I had to click "refresh" on my life and start from the very beginning, and rather than take it one day at a time, I decided I'd rather take it moment by moment. I am passionate about what I do, I love to teach and share my love of music with others. I consider my students my children, they know they can call me at any time with any problems or concerns and I will be there to offer them support. I am very fortunate for my career and the simple pleasures it truly brings. I had 52 kids make it to State Solo & Ensemble Competition this year, and to have them tell me they couldn't have done it without my support melts my heart.

I tend to find humor in many situations, I feel laughter clears the mind and rebuilds the soul. I try not to take everything too seriously, life is too short. I enjoy silly things like myspace (totally addicted), guitar hero (I'm really really good), and just being around my friends and family. I have a quick wit and sarcastic tendancies, I love to laugh and love to make others laugh. Generally, if a man can make me smile, he has captured my heart.
