About Me
I am a former Research Biologist/Professor at UCLA (got my Ph.D. at Cambridge University in England) where I was in pursuit of truth, beauty, and knowledge. I would currently describe myself as an Emmy-winning, world-exploring TV documentary filmmaker who has traveled the world (I've been to 6 continents), been to places no Westerner had been in 100 years, and produced dozens of science, space, nature, health, and fitness TV documentaries for over 20 years. I have even produced three full-length science-fiction movies (one using several female champion bodybuilders and fitness competitors). I am kind, sensitive, and generous to almost unbelievable levels. I love nature, hiking, cycling, camping, dogs (I have a very cute 4-year-old golden retriever), museums, movies, and everything scientific, creative, adventurous and outdoors (and on top of that I was a total 'jock' until I injured my knee). I have a tremendous curiosity and passion for seeking answers to all of the questions of life and the universe. I have lived my life by two simple mottos, "Treat every day like it was the last, because one of these days, it will be" and "What can I do today to make life more beautiful for others tomorrow". I am financially secure, and live in Beverly Hills.
