I am a happy woman who is confident and self-assured. I have a career that's challenging and fulfilling, a great family, nutty dog, and a good life. Only one piece of the puzzle is missing!

In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my dog or at a local park hiking, throwing the frisbee, football or softball. I enjoy playing in local sports leagues, especially bowling, dodgeball, and flag football. Next on the agenda is kickball. In order to keep in shape, I work out several times a week. When not following athletic pursuits, I enjoy cooking, sampling ethnic cuisines, local festivals, the performing arts, museums and traveling. I have a passion for Carolina basketball and usually attend several games every season, though I must admit my fanaticism has lessened with maturity :-)

I believe a healthy dose of humor goes a long way toward making any day better and could be described as playful with a witty/sarcastic sense of humor.

While I still have room, I must note that "knitting" is listed under "Favorite Pastimes." Who knits in this day and age??? lol

I like a guy who has a certain level of energy about him. A great match would be someone who is active, openminded, optimistic, and comfortable in his own skin. A witty sense of humor and intelligence are very attractive. Athletic is a plus, but not a necessity. An enjoyment of sports (watching or playing) on some level would be great, but is not a must. A certain level of openmindedness and curiosity about the world is appealing to me, as is someone who has some level of ambition--this is *NOT* meant to imply he must earn vast amounts of money!
