About Me
Hungry for Change
I just got back from a "I Am Hungry for Change" Obama fundraiser where I ate too many baked goods and got to indulge my passion for politics. It got me to thinking about change and how in this crazy world it's so hard to find a warm, funny, no drama, caring "other" who you are attracted to and who you want to share your life with. But I'm a believer. Like Charlie Kaufman wrote in one of my favorite movies "Adaptation", "It's not who loves you that's important, it's who you love that matters". So, I'm looking to love a caring old soul who is young at heart with an intellectual bent, a dry sense of humor and an interest in the world around us. With honesty and communication, we'll have the key to a long term succesful relationship.
Before I die, I have to go back to Italy to eat the pizza puttanesca, spend more time in Pompei and soak up more of the Italian love of life. I am hungry to spend more time watching sunsets on Islands (so far I've been to Hawaii, Ibiza and Tahiti) and see so many new places I have yet to see.
How bout we drive up to Santa Barbara, grab breakfast on the way, do the artwalk and then head North for some wine tasting on the weekend... or just hang out and do stuff around the house?
