I'm a South African transplant of 16 years who loves the amazing SoCal weather and activities. I graduated from UCLA, worked in advertising, and then realized I was meant for very different things. I truly enjoy working with kids (in South Central of all places) and find my job challenging and fulfilling. However, I hope to oneday own my own small business too, depending on the course of that crazy journey called life. I love to be adventurous and enjoy being out and about more than being at home, but with a great cuddle buddy, I'm more than willing to snuggle up at home too. I'm a sucker for chocolate and seafood (not together - uggh). I have a creative, whimsical side but I'm also solid and realistic about life. I've been in a few longterm relationships and I've learned so much about myself and making a relationship successful. I plan on the next relationship being the one that truly lasts.

Well... here goes...It would be wonderful to meet a balanced guy who is intriguing, confident, and nice-looking, but who also possesses a sense of openness and sensitivity. In other words, he has an edge to him; he isn't boring; but he's a good guy. He has to be passionate about things but not too hyper. He has a stable work life, strong family values, and is intelligent. He ISN'T sloppy and knows how to put some effort into his appearance. He enjoys trying interesting things sometimes, wether it be, for example, eating at a new restaurant, traveling to a more remote location, seeing a movie other than the mainstream stuff (although I love many of them), or going skydiving. He can be romantic in a traditional and nontraditional sense. He has respect for himself and others, and he shows concern for people and humanity. He is definitely affectionate and makes me feel that I am truly special to him. At the same time, he isn't afraid to show that he needs me too. He is eager to eventually develop a relationship with the right girl and knows that it takes mutual effort to make that work. He wants to keep the relationship exciting, stimulating, and close.
