Originally hailing from Long Island, I moved to Groton in June 2007. I decided to try this out mainly because I've noticed unlike other places like the NYC area Southeastern CT isn't one of the easiest places to meet single women. I am a structural engineer working at Electric Boat on nuclear subs. I can tell you more details of what I do there but I would probably have to kill you afterwards. :-P Anyone who knows me always says that I am probably one of the most diverse people they have ever met. I'm into almost every single type of music there is (minus country), from heavy def metal to classic rock to jazz to classical music. I'm always up for going to concerts and jazz clubs and jamming out with people on my trumpet. I also love outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, fishing, and just hanging out on the beach. Living on my own has also brought me a newly found passion for cooking, and I love being able to come home from work every day and try out all sorts of new creations.
