I started to worked my way north from NYC in 1966 and found myself here by 1971. Involved in radical politics and alternative living in my 20's, married and motherhood in my 30's and 40's, divorced by 50. So what does a mature child of the '60's do now? Log on to a computer singles website? Well, here goes.. I'm still socially/politically involved, and have spent many years creating and maintaining food co-operatives. Community is very important to me. I've evolved into a country woman, raising animals and organic gardening. I like to try and do things for myself and so I dabble (I'm definitely not a pro)in car maintainence, home repair, wood working. I love to read, fiction and non, + still like NY Times and New Yorker after all these years. I enjoy various kinds of music, love get together with friends and neighbors, and really like being out in the woods walking and taking photos. I like working hard as well as quietly looking at the world around me.
