I'm a fine artist who lives in the country (near Gainesville, FL) and likes it here a lot. However..were I to connect with the right woman...I'd live with her at her place(but because I wish to live here some of the time - for my sanity, to create, and enjoy the quiet, I'd live here a couple of months a year) I might even marry her if that's what she wanted. If I become simply her "live in lover"...I'll be just as I'd be as a husband. I'm retired now & live on my social security - and that's it. That means I don't have much money. But I've been getting by for years (and I thank Gd for that). I can seem ordinary enough; I don't appear to be "bohemian". I lived with a regular Jewish woman in a city for years. I'm flexible, I can reached at the place that sounds like wa who. My name there is jaaron followed by the numerals for four seventeen. I'm easy going, I am healthy, and sometimes some people think I'm clever or humorous. I'm thoughtful, somewhat intellectual, kind and considerate, and healthy...(don't let my age fool you)but I may be self-absorbed. I've lived alone for the past eleven years. I've no baggage. I've thought a lot about religion, etc. My own Judaism is unorthodox - but it does have a real place in my life. I love Israel, and speak a little Hebrew. I don't argue with people. It doesn't take much to make me happy. Steering clear of jerks makes me happy. I'm quite content to stay home. I suppose I should say that I am a serious fine artist, have a studio, have had one man shows, taught art at a university, had my work hanging in two world class museums. I've also acted in several stage productions. Incidentally, if this woman I like keeps kosher...I'll do it too. I've no problem with diet. I have no problem with kids (if they're okay). My politics are Libertarian (sometimes liberal, more often, conservative). I love nature. I'm not real sociable, but I'm okay, I can socialize when called upon. I can kibbitz and shmooze. ... Did I mention that I am trustworthy, and loyal? and try to be fair...?

It may not be nice to say...(it's understood that when people mature they put on weight) but I must say that women who are more than quite "a few pounds" overweight...or are taller than five seven are not women I am looking for. And again, truthfully...I would like to find a woman who is still attractive (yes,in my eyes). I hope to enjoy sexual relations with "my woman" in time, so she has to appeal to me, or no dice (I hope you, you, reader, understand, and are not hurt - it's just the way things are). Also, I want a woman with some money of her own - not to buy me things, but because I cannot afford to take her traveling, or to fine restaurants (if she wants to go to a fine restaurant...maybe we can go "dutch treat" [...do I hear a supressed laugh?]) so if she wants to travel, or dine in fine restaurants...she has to understand reality, and do the right thing: go with the flow. I want a woman with a good head on her shoulders, intelligent, interested in the world, humorous sometimes, nurturing, and not challenging all the time. It's fine with me if she works out, but as long as she looks okay and feels okay, that's enough, that's okay with me (I don't need a jock, but I will say exercise is good for you - and me). It's up to her, my possible mate. She can have her hobbies or things she likes to do, and if I can afford to do them with her...some of them I'll do. And to continue being honest...it's not enough for her to be "pretty good looking"; ideally, I'd like her to be friendly, wise, nurturing, a good personality, and with friends of her own). I hope she'll cook well (although I can cook too, and I will do the dishes), and we'll have clean sheets on our bed (or..our beds).
