Hey I'm Dan I am a very outgoing person when I am around the right people. I love living life to the fullest. I love being outside and being from Chicago as soon as it gets warm I take full advantage of it. I try to go with the flow and not take life too seriously other than when it is needed. I am a big goof and know how to laugh at myself I think it is an important skill to possess.

I am a certified personal trainer and do private training sessions. I am also currently trying to start working with children. I feel that they truly need to learn the value of living a healthy active but also fun lifestyle!
