About Me
Me:
Happy, confident, short, petite
Someone who loves to cook, play board games, and puzzles
Proud mother of a vibrant, intelligent, young woman
Someone who feels excited, eager, and hopeful of the future
Someone who is afraid of heights and spiders
Someone who enjoys walking in the Botanical Gardens, movies, books, meeting friends over coffee
Someone who wants to learn to dance (recently tried taking west coast swing lessons), play tennis, and/or golf
My friends describe me as dependable and organized. They know they can call on me for help in a pinch. I'm also the person everyone comes to when they just need to vent. They were there for me when I needed a shoulder, and I believe in paying it forward!
Yes, I'm telling the truth about my age and yes, the photo is recent!
(This is a little on the scary side so browsing your profile but not sending a message isn't necessarily a lack of interest!)
I teach elementary and middle school students who have learning differences or learning disabilities. I mainly teach reading and mathematics.
I was a Girl Scout leader for 18 years (adult and girl levels) and am looking for a different (co-ed, adult) organization to put my efforts into or maybe a new hobby.
