About Me
I find intelligence attractive. Reading and writing are as natural to me as breathing. But spending time outside whether in an urban neighborhood or in the woods is just as necessary. Eclectic interests might be descriptive--museums and sunsets; classical music, blues, and camping; political discussions and intimate conversations. Although people classify themselves as lifelong learners, and I completed my PhD in 1996, I got a second master's in 2012, and still feel I am in the process of discovery. I see learning from others as a way of better understanding the world.
