I"m working on this. I'm a writer. An advertising writer, so I'm going to need to take some time to concept, rework, and mess with the words until they're way, way past deadline. Actually, that's not true. Even though I am a "creative," I still show up on time, haven't dyed my hair since college, and once in awhile still put things in quotation marks that don't need to be. Like "creative."

more about me? I'm 27, originally from LA, went to college in Portland, made my way back to LA, just to find myself back in Portland for a job four years later. Crazy! I apologize beforehand that I talk about work a lot. I really, really try not to, but it's a huge part of my life, and to be honest, something I'm really passionate about. Believe it or not, it's possible for a nice, Jewish girl, raised by communists and well-versed in literature and music to be passionate about something as often trite as advertising.

When I'm not working (or talking about work), I'm really into finding new and interesting places to eat around town. Portland is awesome for a foodie like me. love cheese, love wine. mmmm. And movies. Food and movies make me happy. And though you'd think that I would then fall head over heels for any McMenamins establishment, I'm not a regular. They just seem a little, I don't know, dirty.
