I am a 21 year old living in southern Arizona. My hometown is a small suburb of Chicago called Buffalo Grove. I'm a graduate of Scottsdale Culinary Institute Le Cordon Bleu. I dream of one day being a Chef/Owner of my own restaurant. I realize though that its takes at least a decade of experience to do it right so until then I'm just working my a** off to reach my goal. I work crazy hours and go long periods without days off. Whenever I get time to myself I often like to go to a local park and sit by the creek emptying into the lake and breath. Sometimes life can tense me up too much and it helps me to let go of the little stuff that really doesn't matter even if for just a few minutes. I'm Jewish, and even though I'm not very religious I'm proud of the fact and try to remind myself to remember where I come from and all the hardship my people faced.

I'd like meet more than one kind of person. As everyone, I like to know people with similiar interests and experiences in order to have someone to relate to. Also I like to know people who are open-minded and not ignorant of people, society, or knowledge. I also like to meet people with completely different experiences, interests, and careers because I think it makes for a lot of interesting conversation and debates.
