I am a lonely Jew living in a tiny town (vancouver, WA) with very few other jews to hang out with. I am used to bigger cities having spent the first 17 years of my life in Seattle. I moved to Portland about a year ago and then relocated to vancouver because it was cheaper. I absolutely love Portland and I hope to move back someday soon. It feels like it is MY city! I am currently a student at Clark College and am considering studying nursing. I am hoping that I will be able to transfer to OHSU at some point. I am a reform Jew, currently a member at Congregation Kol Ami. I do not keep kosher except during Pesach. The "I like the following music" section didn't have my favorite kind of music. I really like folk music, like Joan Baez and Leonard Cohen and Eric Bogle. Kudos if you know who Eric Bogle is! I love watching movies and tv. I will watch almost anything as long as it isn't a really violent war movie or a horror movie. I am also not a huge fan of the kind of humor in movies like "Superbad" and shows like "The Office." I like to do all of the activities that I checked off, but I don't get to do them hardly ever. I am on a diet right now and have lost 40.8 pounds as of 12/16. I would love it if you could help me to get up and get out of the house and do things that are fun and active!

I don't care what you look like, but I am really only interested in someone age 18-26. I would prefer it if you were reform or conservative, but that is not a necessity. I'm not usually attracted to guys who are really into cars and sports (watching them i mean). I don't like to party and drink and do drugs of any sort. I don't care if you drink socially or smoke marijuana socially, but I would prefer that you don't smoke anything in my presence. Umm, I guess that's all, I can't tell you how much I miss being in the company of Jews!
