Raised the daughter of a reform rabbi and moved all over the east coast eventually landing up in Westchester Country NY during my teen years. Recently fond out I had been adopted and never knew. Its been shocking to find this out. Born to a French Jew from Strasbourg and had another birth name but my adoptive parents changed it to a more appropriate name for a Jewish girl through the courts in France. I joined the United States Navy in 1979, boot camp in Orlando Florida and then off to my first duty station at Naval station Pearl Harbor, Hi and then Charleston, SC and served 4 1/2 years on active duty and then went into the Navel Reserves. Loved every minute of my time in the service.
Married for 36 years and now divorced and have learned a lot about myself as a person who is loving and giving in nature.
