I've decided it's time to settle down and find a nice, pretty Jewish woman and have some kids. My family were not religious, but I would not mind exploring the faith of my forebears.|

|6/15/2018 10:10:00 AM||My friends appreciate my sensitivity, my openness, my brutal honesty and my intellect. My exes have said that I GET them when others have not.
I guess I'm opinionated - my friend Zack asked if I had an opinion about the sky. My response was, "Yeah, I like it when its gray and cloudy - its very dramatic. When the sunset is pink and purple, its gorgeous. I hate it when its completely blue and the sun is beating down on a mercilessly hot day - I burn easily so I have to stay indoors or really spray on the sunscreen."
Board games are my big hobby now. Terra Mystica is my favorite. Since I work in front of a computer, its nice to hang out with people and play games that don't involve a screen. I like to be politically active but I don't have a lot of time or emotional energy for it, though I try to do something activisty at least a couple times a year and I vote.
My partner of blessed memory was a lot older and has 3 children who are grown now. My partner was the noncustodial parent so my relationship with them is more like that of an Uncle but I keep in touch with them regularly. Having been a kind-of stepparent, I am open to children, parenting and women with children. I am interested in becoming a foster parent to older children or teens.
I am a secular Ashkenazi Jew on both sides. I consider myself an ethnic Jew. I did go to a conservative synagogue growing up and I was Bar Mitzvah'd. The last synagogue I attended regularly was reconstructionist. I am interested in mysticism and spirituality but very skeptical of moral claims/indoctrination within organized religion in general.
I have never had a Jewish significant other. T think there is a possibility for a convergence of values and shared experiences that might be very positive.|

|1/19/2018 10:44:00 PM||Seeking life time companionship with someone that is confident, nonjudgemental, loving, intelligent, balanced in secular and Torah lifestyle. I grew up in a small town with few Jews and became orthodox over half my life ago. I am divorced since 1993 after a short term marriage, so I am not eligible for a relationship with a Kohein. I have no children and am open to being a stepmother.rnrnI work very hard with special events in the Jewish community and have served for over two decades with hospice and Chevra kadisha matters. I like meeting new people and although many times I am in crowds, I prefer smaller more intimate groups. I am one of three Jewish women that are orthodox from what I hear that have a motorcycle license, although at this time I don't have a bike. I love primitive camping and nature. For twenty-five years I works professionally and voluntarily with animals. I had a 501C3 rescue for ten years for dogs and also served with several shelters and rescues as a vet tech outside of my duties managing an animal hospital.rnrnI am an arts lover, particularly with the stage, writing and in the entertainment industry. I was traveling a lot working on a new faith based television network and this past year needed a break to work and pay off bills, starving artist happens. Now I am focusing on my children\'s books in Jewish education that are Dr. Seuss style and finding a publisher.rnrnIf I could have anything I would have a kosher home in a log cabin in the woods overlooking a stream that is within a few miles of shopping. My immediate family is in Louisville, KY and I want to be in driving distance. I would be thrilled to have a husband in Jewish outreach if he is in a leadership position and would be ameanable to being the wife of a pulpit rabbi or busy executive or business owner. I am an excellent department and business manager. Most important, I pray that my husband would want to come home to me every day, because he doesn't have to and its a choice, but I hope he is happy to come home to me for who I am as a person and not for perceived resources.|
|12/26/2017 8:42:00 PM||Youthful 78 yr. old Jewish man, recently widowed after 50 yrs of marriage seeking a 'last love' to share the rest of my life with. I am well-educated with four university degrees in two different fields, and have an abiding interest in classical music, the arts and humanities, theater and other cultural activities. I regard myself as intelligent, friendly, engaging but certainly not overbearing, trustworthy, and loyal. Outwardly I am probably often seen as quiet, shy, and reserved, but that does not reflect my "real" personality once I enter a committed relationship. I have two daughters and three grandchildren with whom I am in close contact with, even though geographically separated from half of my family.|

|5/28/2017 1:02:00 PM||Raised the daughter of a reform rabbi and moved all over the east coast eventually landing up in Westchester Country NY during my teen years. Recently fond out I had been adopted and never knew. Its been shocking to find this out. Born to a French Jew from Strasbourg and had another birth name but my adoptive parents changed it to a more appropriate name for a Jewish girl through the courts in France. I joined the United States Navy in 1979, boot camp in Orlando Florida and then off to my first duty station at Naval station Pearl Harbor, Hi and then Charleston, SC and served 4 1/2 years on active duty and then went into the Navel Reserves. Loved every minute of my time in the service.
Married for 36 years and now divorced and have learned a lot about myself as a person who is loving and giving in nature.|

|1/15/2017 9:36:00 AM||I never realized how difficult it is to sum up who you are! Iím a happy, fun and optimistic girl, but Iím sure youíve heard that all before. So I thought about whatís different about me. Donít get nervous! What I mean is that I strive to embody qualities that arenít commonly found in one person. Iím assertive while at the same time caring, trustworthy and family oriented. Although I work in finance, Wall St. hasnít killed the kindergarten teacher kindness in me. I balance sensitivity and competence, and you can count on me in every way. Iím as annoyed by drama queens as any guy would be, and I appreciate people who are logical as opposed to irrationally emotional. (I promise Iím a Jewish girl!) Nevertheless, Iím a person who tries to understand othersí feelings and to do whatís right. On the lighter side, I love to have fun and get the most out of living in NYC. Life is short, so I try to live life to the fullest. Doing so is best with someone who gets you on all levels and whom you can have fun with in any situation. In general, Iíd like to meet someone who can balance professional ambition with personal caring, who is trustworthy and shows character even when it is difficult, who is confident (but can still laugh at himself) and who prides himself on being a good person while pursuing success in all aspects of his life. If you are that person or think you can fake it for the next 70 years or so, maybe we should talk.|
|12/27/2016 4:03:00 PM||What words could possibly attract the attention of a mature (but still playful) Jewish man? If I knew I'd use them. Yes, yes, I'm supposed to write about me here, but there's too much to tell and I don't really know where to start. Okay... how's this: I study the science of Kabbalah, I'm eclectic, not PC, and I have faith that America can be great again. I'm also a good cook, a sensitive and careful listener and other good stuff... but you'll never know unless we meet. Ah, such is life...|
|12/27/2016 4:03:00 PM||I am on this site to meet a better quality man than I have come across on other dating websites and out in person. I am at the point in my life where I want to meet someone for the long run. Someone who is serious about dating for a while and then settling down. I am not of Jewish decent, but I would love to find a nice Jewish man to be with. I have dated Jewish men before and found I am very compatible with them. A cousin on my father's side married a Jewish woman and they have a great marriage. I was fortunate enough to be in their amazing wedding celebration and we get to celebrate the Jewish holidays with them. I find Judaism to be very interesting, and I appreciate the values, morals and traditions of the Jewish people. I would be willing to convert if it came down to it. My favorite holiday is Hannukkah! I am a really nice girl who will do anything for her man. I am a good hearted person to be around. I care a lot and have a good heart and good intentions. I am done with the boys and the games, just want a man who will treat me right like I would treat him right! I am a blast to be around. I can stay in and have a good time or go out and have a great time. Very versatile and adaptable. Not a fighter but I fight for what I want and love. I keep it classy and am respectable and polite, confident and outgoing. The kind of girl you can bring home to your mother! If you are ready for something real, feel free to message me :)|
|10/23/2016 11:04:00 PM||I love and am grateful for life, my children, health, friends, community, work, Israel and being Jewish. I think joie de vivre - Jewish style - sums it up. I enjoy good health and fitness. I'm traveled and want to continue to do so. I've been to Israel several times. I'm as comfortable at home as I am in the world; being in a stable with horses as I am at an upscale occasion. I love learning - Torah and secular. I'm naturally smart and need smart in turn - but not a know it all. I love my work as a journalist. I've met amazing people - many noteworthy. My life's values are rooted in Torah. Wherever I've lived, I have participated in the Jewish community. I never miss a Shabbat and enjoy going to services (orthodox shul though I drive to get there). I keep Kosher at home and eat vegetarian when out. Humor is life's salve. Forgiveness, its healing. Listening is wise. My political views are conservative. I'm fun, easy going but stubborn when I'm certain.|
|10/3/2016 12:10:00 AM||I'm outgoing but shy at the same time. I love the outdoors, fishing, hiking. As any Jewish boy I'm very close to my mother. I have a 10 yr. old daughter who lives out of state. I'm a workaholic. Once I start something it's hard to stop until it's finished. I've been to Israel twice. Second time was for almost a year. Not very good at explaining myself.|
