Time has shown me the way, well sort of, right because if I really knew the way I would not be single on this website, looking for someone to hang out with, ok that being said, I am still pretty confident in who I am, and what I believe in. 2/1/2010 12:17:00 AM	As a single mom, my world revolves around my son. I'm ready to begin sharing that world with someone else. I have been told I'm attractive, but I don't focus on it. You decide. People find me easy to get along with. I don't get off on superficiality, probably why some people think I'm too intense. I am sensitive to others around me, making me very aware of the subtle nuances in my surroundings. I enjoy spending time with the people I care most about. I'd rather spend an intimate evening at home with that special someone than go out partying with a bunch of strangers. I am articulate and creative and treasure that quality in others. You'll always find me indulging in or surrounded by books that explore the human psyche. I love to learn about new people, one at a time. I can be quiet and introspective or lively and energetic when the mood strikes. I am always in pursuit of improvement of body, mind and soul. I'm not there yet, but I'll die trying!!

1/25/2010 8:20:00 AM	I work as an R.N in Lumberton, NC but live in Fayetteville. I work night shifts on a med-surg/oncology unit in a small regional hospital in an underserved medical area. I’m usually shy when I first meet people but as I get to know them, I tend to become much more outgoing. Judaism represents an essential part of my life. As a Jew by choice, it probably means a whole lot more to me than to someone who takes it for granted. I definitely consider myself Conservadox, leaning towards Modern Orthodox with an emphasis on the modern side. I do respect and follow most of the mitzvot but will make some leniencies here and there when being forced to and for “pikuach nefesh” purposes. I am mostly shomer Shabbos but do not consider myself shomer negiyah at all. I have found that when I lived up North, it was much easier for me to be observant while surrounded by a true Jewish community but living in North Carolina has made it much harder to be truly observant when the majority of the community is very secular and does not keep kosher… A lot of my friends have described me as caring, compassionate, loyal and very trustworthy. I almost never lie unless when absolutely necessary because that was how I was raised by my parents.. I am very good at respecting someone’s word and keeping secrets. I am not the type of person who will go off and repeat your most intimate secrets and conversations to the rest of the world. I have no interest in that and it simply hurts your credibility in the long run. I have a pretty good sense of humor and love to crack jokes from time to time. I have a very unusual background and have seen and been to a lot of places; have had the most exotic range of pets… In my free time, I love going out to movies or just hanging out with friends. I love motor boats and the ocean.. But I also love riding horses wether it be on trails or out in an arena…

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday I spend most of day in the kitchen my favorite hobby and pastime. I love to cook and bake and watch movies by a fireplace. I like the sun, beaches, warm sand between my toes, animals, and roasted corn on the cob at festivals, a fireplace on a cold night, rainbows, lighthouses, art, architecture, music, and enjoy conversations with friends. My spiritual side is nourished by my involvement in my Jewish community, Shabbat and holiday celebrations and learning. I have many interests, like challenges, and am attracted to others who are worldly, non-judgmental and live their life with vigor. I been told I can light up the room but am happy just to join in.
1/17/2010 10:31:00 PM	Im from Los Angeles, I went to undergrad at UCLA and I moved to Fort Lauderdale a couple of months ago for graduate school. I'm just now getting settled in and I've been adjusting to life out here. Dating is difficult for me here because I am busy with school and on top of that there are only a few Jewish girls here. I would describe myself as easy going and pretty active. I'm interested in girls who don't take themselves too seriously and have a good sense of humor.

I went to a Jewish Day School until the 3rd grade and public school after my family moved to a very non-religious part of Orlando, FL in 1989. I began my journey to become a Ba'al Teshuvah in 1998, when I spent six weeks studying in Jerusalem with Aish HaTorah. In 2006, I moved to South Florida where partake regularly in a larger Jewish community. I've been Shomer Shabbos since April 2009/1st of Iyar), have kept kosher since Rosh Hashona 5769/2008. To develop myself both academically and spiritually, I am a student at Touro College South, where I am studying Accounting and Judaic Studies.

The Rabbi on my birthright trip suggested a few sites to find a "nice jewish guy." So here i am checking it out! I'm very outgoing and love to have a good time. I love family, it is really important to me. I have two younger sisters who mean the world to me. I love football and hockey giants and devils even though the giants bombed this year! So you cant get more Jewish then I am .I love to travel and meet new and exciting new people. I am also the kind of person that likes to have communication in the relationship , cause if you dont have that then you may fail. I like honesty in the relationship. I am not into the games that some play. I am here for a purpose and that is to find love and companionship not to play with my emotions. I am very independent, hard working, honest, and sincere. I'm outgoing and Speak what's on my mind. You'll never have to guess what I'm thinking, cause I'll tell you EXACTLY what I think. I LOVE people watching, relaxing over fresh coffee or glass of wine, sunsets, the mountains, watching the leaves change color in the fall, and watching the snow fall on the trees. I enjoy music...all kinds, but I prefer CLASSIC ROCK..such as Eagles, Eric Clapton, Bad Company, Boston, Sting and of course the BLUES & JAZZ. I love BB King, Count Basie, Nina Simone, John Coltrane, Kenny Kirkland. MY HOBBIES..well..I'm kind of a "motor head"..Classic Cars..actually muscle cars (I'm kind of like Marisa Tomei's character in the movie MY COUSIN VINNY) and Motorcycles..I love them..I love the power, the speed, the purr of the engine, the rumble of the exhaust, the feel of the leather, and as strange as it sounds..the freedom, peacefulness and serenity of the ride itself. My next bike will be a Fat boy..it only has a single seat so if you want to go for a ride..Get your own! GOOD FOOD..love it!!.. Now I'm in Vegas where..PF Changs is NOT good Chinese Food, I WANT REAL PIZZA not NY Style pizza! A Kinish..what's that?, Anyone for a Dirty Water Dog? Dirty What? (it must be the name of the hottest new drink in Vegas) Jewish Deli? Do you want some mayo with that Corned Beef on Rye? Bagel..not Lenders! I go back to the EAST COAST often to regain my sanity, visit my family and friends and of course..eat some REAL food and have a LARGE cup of Dunkin Donuts Coffee and a Butterscotch Krimpet. Can you believe it?..NO Dunkin Donuts? ok..we just got our 1st DD last month in Vegas. Can you believe I actually waited 45 mins in line for a cup of DD coffee? (ME NEITHER!!!!!!) We still have NO Tasteekakes in Vegas!
1/6/2010 10:24:00 PM	I'm a down to earth, early 20's Jewish Girl from Coral Springs.I work for a Walgreens as a Certified Pharmacy Tech(I'm Pre-Pharmacy in college as well.)Also, I work for a local resturant on the phones/cashiering. I have a very strong work ethic! Any man that I'm with must work and play hard like me! I'm NOT your average Bunnie ;) I <3 sports.( yes,thats panthers goalie Roberto Luongo hes a family friend.) I am a very girly-girl. I take meticulous care of myself. I like to look my best wherever I go, because "you never get a second chance to make a first impression" (right mom)I work out at least 2x a week and sun when I have time. I have this need to make everyone feel comfortable where they are,its the jewish mommy gene in me :) I was raised in a solid jewish family w/ a mom & dad who've been together for 25 years! Its amazing that they've been together that long and not killed each other ;). I love my dog Sparky, hes an English Springer Spaniel. I Don't do any drugs or smoke. I'm definatly Goal oriented, and tenacious! When I want something (or someone for that matter) there's no stopping me! I'm Very confident!! My friends kid around that I'm jappy, but hey, who doesn't like nice things and I work DAMN HARD for them! Now, for what I'd like in my Man. He's between 21-31! Someone who's sweet, funny, down to earth . kinda like me :) . He should be smart, witty, cute, assertive, self-confident, fair, PuNk raWk And definatly JEWISH!!! Idealy someone I can converse with on a higher level. You have to be able to understand that i like to break into song at random moments, quote adam sandler, and act like a kookoo just for sh ts and giggles, baby, Yeah! I live in a beautiful old stone house, surrounded by wildlife and nestled in the woods of Rockland County, about 40 minutes north of NYC. I live a healthy, active, lifestyle and enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, tennis, biking, kayaking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. I like traveling and plan to do a lot more. I also enjoy a relaxing evening at home. As for sports, in addition to playing several, I'm a big Yankees and Giants (football) fan. I've been described by others as genuine, interesting, imaginative, funny, smart, energetic, affectionate and adorable. There are probably one or two less flattering adjectives, but who really cares about those :-) I'm Jewish but not religious. I have strong values, ethics and beliefs. Amongst them is the belief that organized religion can be pretty divisive. I subscribe to the words of John Lennon's "Imagine"
