I am a healthy, competent, intelligent, capable, outdoorsey woman. I love to camp, and do anything outside. What I am looking for is a friend/confidant, and eventually maybe more. What I am not looking for is someone who is needy, with more baggage than went down on the Titanic. My problem has been that I lack judgement, and have alwys been in a hurry, but have learned from my mistakes. On the plus side, I am independent personally, and financially, so am not seeking anyone to get me out of debt, or pay my way. In the same vein, I am not looking for anyone who needs to get out of debt, or is seeking to have their way paid. I am involved with Girl Scouts, Rape Crisis, and advocating for people and animals who are unable to advocate for themselves, and have been an activist for animal rights, and peoples' rights. I live on a farm, and have horses, dogs, cats, and other furry and unfurry friends, which I care for myself. All I have found to be lacking in my life is someone to trust, and love, but that is a lot. Most of my adult life has been spent raising my children, which I did by myself without any financial assistance from anyone, harboring many teens, and eventually raising a grandchild. This is by no means a complaint, since I have learned a lot, and truly enjoyed my role.

What I am seeking is a friend/confidant who is trustworthy, honest, moral, and equal to the task of being in my life, and I in his. Having someone to love and to love me would be great, but a really good friend would be OK too. It would be nice to have some adult conversation for a change, and someone to share hopes, dreams, and interests with.
