Hello! My name is Matt, although it's nice to be called Matthew by certain people. I like to spend time reading and visiting cultural spots (museums, galleries, book stores, historical sights, authentic style restaurants, etc). Actually, just as often you can find me in places which aren't so cultural (amusement parks and my last float trip comes to mind). Port wines satisfy my sweet tooth, but coffee really owns my heart. To say the least I've always been an active person and like being out and about; it would be nice to find someone with which to share. Undeniably a "dog person," although, regrettably, I haven't had that kind of company for many years. For better or worse--haven't quite figured it out yet but worth mentioning all the same--my occupation very much defines who I am, and I feel a deep obligation to serve my community and country. I figure it’s more of a result of being born and raised in a blue collar, hard working environment than anything else.
