I am an observant Jew and I classify myself as Traditional. Basically I'm a notch below Modern Orthodox, and the real seperation I guess is I don't prefer a machitza minyan. I'm used to less observant people then myself, because I attend a Conservative synagogue.I am a freshman in college and I am studying social work and literature. I plan on getting a masters in social work and a law degree. I love everything to do with music. I sing, dance, play the violin, and just listen to music. I like to read and watch television, I have a tendency to lean towards science fiction stuff. I like nature, but am not to familiar with outdoor activities like camping and horseback riding. I love to talk and try to learn a lot about a lot.

I am looking for someone who is at about the same religious level I am, but with room to grow. I don't think I'd mesh well with any man that is more observant then Modern Orthodox since I don't dress "modestly" and lead a pretty normal secular life. I also would hate going on a date with a Jew and then seeing them order something not Kosher. Music is a big part of my life so if they like it then great and I'd prefer someone who isn't a total embarassment on the dance floor. I love kids and I want them to surround me now and in the future, so a love of kids is vital. I also love and am very close to my family so that's important to. Being well-read and intelligent is very important to me.
