I am an artist who had been trained as a, scientist (PhD Chemistry, Physics), however, after a divorce and after my thoroughly adored kids no longer needed financial aid, I took time out for a great mid-life crisis, resigned from a professorship at a major medical school to become a yoga teacher, to make pictures, to learn to play the clarinet and to try to figure out both why I 'am' and If there is a why.

I live here with a large affectionate German Shepherd Blend, many pictures created
by a not yet immortal artist (me), a lot of music (Chamber to Pete Seeger-
Joan Baez type of folk forties-fifties big band) and occasional visits
from the aforementioned kids

I am now a Jewish Buddhist, Jewish by birth and training, Buddhist by a
process of elimination (I was a J.B. long before it became fashionable).

I am 5' 7", 165-170 pounds (depending on the humidity), hair that used
to be brown and my mother thought I was Handsome.

I was shaped by the sixties (Same values, fewer illusions).

I am active (sailing, bicycling, taking my 120 pound German Shepherd blend for
a run) but do spend most of my time with Pastels, Photography and Mixed
Media Productions.

I am looking for a Woman in her late fifties to late sixties with a
sufficient overlap in interests so that I could share her life as she
shares mine.

It does seem that someone who likes music, cuddling and maybe, me, might
be just right.
